1001 nacht (koningsnacht concert)
For the Residentie Orchestra have I written a one minute symphony composition, based on a conversation I had with Radjin, cleaner of the Zuiderstrandtheater. Radj told me about his background as a Hindustani Surinamese, his youth in Suriname and deforestation of the forests in his country of birth.
It was performed on the 27th of april 2018 in the Zuiderstrand Theatre.
